General questions

[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_toggle title=”What is a visa for Indonesia?”]If you want to go to Indonesia for a holiday or business trip, you must apply for a regular visa before entering the country. The visa is a sticker, which is issued by the Indonesian government and is affixed to the passport. With this visa you have permission to enter the territory of Indonesia. This visa is usually issued by the Embassy of Indonesia in The Hague.

The visa will be checked during passport control in Indonesia. If you arrive by plane, the first visa check will probably already take place at the airport.

Our staff will work professionally to ensure that your visa application for Indonesia is presented flawlessly at the Indonesian Embassy, so you can travel with confidence.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do I need a visa for Indonesia?”]Travelers with a Dutch nationality, both tourist and business, only need a visa for Indonesia if they stay longer than 30 days.

Indonesia has a Visa on Arrival for stays of less than 30 days. This can be obtained by a free stamp (visa free entry) or by purchasing a visa on arrival (a small sticker that is pasted in the passport). However, we cannot guarantee access without a visa and you must be able to proof that you will indeed leave Indonesia within 30 days. Are you not able to do so? Then you will be denied access and you must obtain a visa in advance at the embassy.

To safe you all the trouble and long queues at the airport, we recommend to obtain a visa before depature via our serice.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I stay with family members in Indonesia?”]Tourists with Dutch nationality only need an Indonesia visa for stays longer than 30 days, this visa is suitable for 1 entry to Indonesia and applies for a maximum of 60 days. This visa cannot be extended.

When visiting family or friends, a visa can be requested that can be extended. For this application, an invitation / sponsor letter from an Indonesian and a copy of his / her KTP card must be provided. This statement must be legalized by the relevant Indonesian municipality and may also be issued / requested by an Indonesian living in the Netherlands. This “Social Visa” gives you the option to stay in Indonesia for a maximum of 180 days, but you must have this visa extended at the local “Imigrasi” 10 days before the first 2 months have elapsed, this extension is for 30 days. In total, this can be extended 4 times, bringing the total length of stay to 180 days.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What types of visa are available for Indonesia?”]
