You may enter Australia several times, for a maximum of 3 consecutive months, within these 12 months. That means that both the airline and the Immigration Service of Australia can check if you are complying with the visa requirement by passing your passport through a passport scanner. Usually, it is not necessary to show the visa, but it is wise to have a print of the visa with you or that you can show it on your laptop \/ tablet or phone if it is rarely requested.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Do children need to have their own visa?&#8221;]\n<div class=\"acc_content clearfix\">\n<p>If you travel with underage children, you have to take into account a number of extra rules. Children must have their own travel document and may no longer be included in the parents&#8217; passport. In addition, the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee carries out extensive checks to prevent possible international child abductions. Are you traveling abroad with a child over which you have joint custody or over which you do not have custody? If you are outside Australia, you can apply for a new eVisitor visa as often as you like with a new 12-month validity period. You will always receive, within 72 hours (also check your junk mail folder), an email stating whether your eVisitor visa for Australia has been approved or rejected.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;How far in advance can I apply for a visa?&#8221;]The Australian Immigration Service recommends applying for the visa 6 weeks\u00a0 before departure. Normally, an application does not take more than a few hours, but in the rare cases that an application is rejected, there is still enough time to make an appointment at the consulate to possibly obtain a different type of visa.<br \/>\nIf you are leaving for Australia soon, you can also use our emergency procedure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Working Holiday Maker visa can take\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">up to 34 days to process,<\/span> so please apply far in advance.<\/strong>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Is there an urgent procedure available?&#8221;]If you urgently need an eVisitor visa, you only need to tick the option \u201curgent\u201d on the online application form. If you submit this urgent application, it will be processed immediately and you will usually be granted the eVisitor visa within an hour. There is a surcharge of \u20ac 17.50 per traveler for this procedure, please note: this is an average delivery time and no guarantee can be given here, in exceptional cases an urgent application can only be answered after 72 hours because the Australian immigration service selects your application randomly for a more extensive check.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Is it possible to apply as a group?&#8221;]Yes, it is possible to add multiple travelers on one application form who travel to Australia together. If you apply for a new passport after the application, you must also apply for a new visa as they are linked, so a visa linked to an expired passport is not valid.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Does my passport state the letter O or the number 0?&#8221;]Document numbers in the Netherlands never contain the letter \u201cO\u201d, but they can contain the number \u201c0\u201d. Even though it seems that there is a letter O in your passport, it will be the number 0. It is also important to know that document numbers in the Netherlands are 9 characters long.<br \/>\nBelgian document numbers may include the letter (s) \u201cO\u201d and \/ or the number \u201c0\u201d. Belgian document numbers are 8 characters long and always start with 2 letters followed by 6 numbers.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;What is a visa grant number and where can I find it?&#8221;]The Visa Grant\/Label number is a unice number, which is connected to your passport. Each visa has it&#8217;s own Visa Grant number and\/or Visa Label number.<\/p>\n<p>It is not mandatory to fill in the Visa Grant Number or Visa Label Number of your previous trip to Australia. However, leaving these fields empty (if ever obtained) may delay the processing of your request.<\/p>\n<p>If you request a second or third Working Holiday Maker visa, you <strong>must<\/strong> provide a previous visa grant number, along with the information about the work you have been doing in Australia on your previous WHM visa (subclass 417 and 462). As soon as we have received the payment of your eVisitor visa application, we will process it immediately and refund of your payment is no longer possible from that moment.<br \/>\nIf you made a mistake with the application, you can submit a new application. Costs for this new application are entirely at your own expense.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Can I get my money back if I don&#8217;t use the visa?&#8221;]If your application is approved, you will never receive your money back. Can I correct this?&#8221;]In this case, please contact us as soon as possible to indicate what is not in order. Whether your visa application can still be corrected depends on the nature of the error and the status of your application.
